【摘要】 目的 研讨综合内科护理管理进行护士分层级管理的价值。方法 选取2022年2月—2023年4月山东省枣庄市山亭区桑村镇中心卫生院在职的20名护理人员为研究对象。2022年2—8月为对照组，实施常规管理，2022年9月—2023年4月为观察组，实施护士分层级护理管理，两组护理人员均为同一批护理人员。对比两组护理质量及护士护理实践能力、知识储备水平。结果 观察组各项护理质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。观察组护理实践能力评分为（95.26±1.31）分，理论知识储备评分为（94.78±1.89）分，均高于对照组的（90.14±2.25）分、（90.56±1.21）分，差异有统计学意义（t=14.180、13.560,P均<0.05）。结论 分层级管理用于综合内科护理管理，可实现护理人员技能及科室管理质量的提升，具有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of hierarchical nursing management of comprehensive internal medicine nursing management. Methods From February 2022 to April 2023, 20 nurses working in the Sangcun Town Central Health Center of Shanting District in Zaozhuang were selected as the research objects. From February to August 2022,the control group was given routine management, and from September 2022 to April 2023, the observation group was given hierarchical nursing management. The two groups of nursing staff were the same group of nursing staff. The nursing quality, nursing practice ability and knowledge reserve level of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The nursing practice ability score of the observation group was 95.26±1.31, and the theoretical knowledge reserve score was 94.78±1.89, which were higher than 90.14±2.25 and 90.56±1.21 of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.180, 13.560, both P<0.05). Conclusion Hierarchical management is used in comprehensive internal medicine nursing management, which can improve the skills of nursing staff and the quality of department management, and has certain application value.更多还原
