【摘要】 随着一院多区的出现，对医院组织结构和沟通机制提出了更高要求。本文结合临沂市人民医院多院区管理实践，对多院区医院行政组织构架和沟通机制进行探讨。直线职能制与事业部制两种组织结构的融合带来了新的管理优势，实现了1+1>2的效果，既保证了垂直管理和同质化管理，又达到了管理重心下移、管理效能提升的效果。为进一步提高多院区管理的效能，要进一步厘清多院区管理的职责权限，完善制度流程，加强横向沟通，提升信息扁平化水平和透明度，积极探索引入项目管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the emergence of multiple districts in one hospital, higher requirements have been placed on hospital organizational structure and communication mechanisms. This article combines the multi-campus management practice of Linyi People’s Hospital to discuss the administrative organizational structure and communication mechanism of multi-campus hospitals. The integration of the two organizational structures of the linear functional system and the divisional system has brought new management advantages and achieved the effect of 1+1>2.
