【摘要】 鉴于公共管理类本科专业应急管理教学案例开发与应用的迫切性，依托专业核心课程《社区管理》，探索构建以社区应急管理案例的开发与应用为重点的“项目+案例”新型教学模式，具体开展“项目驱动、案例报告、案例开发、案例实践”4个环节的教学探索。经过3轮教学周期实践，教学改革取得一定成效，该模式所具有的“实现课程案例资源优化升级与持续迭代、凸显社区管理课程研究优势和教学方向、推动社区治理智慧教学资源整合和产学融合”的亮点与优势，可为新文科建设背景下公共管理学科教学案例的开发与实践提供启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Given the urgency of developing and applying teaching cases for emergency management in undergraduate public administration programs and relying on the core curriculum "Community Management",this study explores the construction of a new teaching model focusing on the development and application of community emergency management cases, specifically through four teaching exploration stages: "Project-Driven, Case Reporting, Case Development and Case Practicing." After three rounds of teaching cycle practice, the teaching reform has achieved certain results. This model’s advantages and highlights, such as enabling the optimization and continuous iteration of course case resources,highlighting the research strengths and teaching direction of community management courses and promoting the integration of smart teaching resources for community governance and the integration of industry and academia, can provide insights for the development and practice of teaching cases in the context of new liberal arts construction in the discipline of public administration.更多还原
