“新工科”背景下机器人机构设计课程支架式教学策略设计与实践
Design and practice of scaffolding instruction strategy for robotic mechanism design course under the background of new engineering
【摘要】 “新工科”背景下,亟需培养一批实践能力强、创新能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型新工科人才。但传统教学方式,以灌输式教学方式为主,难以满足人才培养需求。从成果导向理念(OBE)出发,依据支架式教学策略,本文创新提出一种《机器人机构设计》课程设计方法,以学习者为核心,通过支架帮助学生更好掌握、建构和内化所学知识和技能,最终实现知识的积累和技能的培养,并按照5个教学环节进行课程实践。结果表明,本文的课程设计方法,使学生很好地掌握了机器人机构设计课程理论和方法,是一种行之有效的教学策略,可为其他新工科专业人才培养的教学模式提供有效借鉴。
【Abstract】 Under the background of new engineering, it is urgent to cultivate a group of high-quality composite new engineering talents with strong practical ability, strong innovation ability and international competitiveness. However, the traditional teaching method, which mainly based on infusion teaching method, is difficult to meet the needs of talent training. Based on the Outcomes-based Education(OBE) method and the Scaffolding Instruction strategy, an innovatively course design method for Robotic Mechanism Design was proposed in this paper. As a learners-centered teaching strategy,the Scaffolding Instruction strategy helps students master and internalize the learned knowledge and skills through scaffolding well, together with good knowledge accumulation and skill cultivation. The five steps of the strategy were proposed and practiced along the course period simultaneously. The results showed that the course design method in this paper help students master the course knowledge and method of robotic mechanism design very well, and it is an effective teaching strategy. It provides an effective reference for other new engineering professional personnel training teaching mode.
