【摘要】 目的 介绍应用Flow-through股前外侧皮瓣移植修复踝部软组织缺损合并主干动脉损伤的方法与临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2016年10月至2022年8月临沂市人民医院手足外科收治的21例踝部开放性损伤合并骨折、皮肤缺损及血管神经损伤病例，在给予骨折固定后采用切取Flow-through股前外侧皮瓣移植修复踝部皮肤软组织缺损并桥接肢体主干动静脉，重建肢体血运。术后行门诊、电话、微信随访。末次随访评定下肢功能恢复及皮瓣感觉功能恢复情况。结果 21例皮瓣全部一期成活，随访时间10～60个月，平均28个月，皮瓣均愈合良好。末次随访时，皮瓣修复疗效评分为72～92分，评定为优者5例、良者14例、可者2例；下肢功能评价：优19例、良2例。结论 应用Flow-through股前外侧皮瓣移植修复踝部皮肤缺损并桥接主干血管，方法可靠，可切取皮瓣面积大，供区损伤小，是一种修复踝部大面积皮肤缺损并主干血管损伤的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the technique and clinical experience of the Flow-through anterior lateral thigh perforator flap transplantation for the ankle soft tissue defects combined with main artery injury.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 21 cases of the ankle soft tissue defects combined with main artery injury,fractures,which were admited to Linyi People’s hospital from October 2016 to August 2022.After debridement and fixation,the Flow-through anterolateral thigh perforator flap was transplanted to repair the soft tissue defects and bridge the main artery and veins.Results All 21 Flow-through flaps were survived.The donor site was sutured directly with a linear scar.The flap healed well at the follow up of 10～60 months.At the last follow-up,the score of skin flap repair was 72～92,with 5 cases rated as excellent,14 cases rated as good,and 2 cases rated as fair;Lower limb function evaluation:19 cases were excellent and 2 cases were good.Conclusion The Flow-through anterior lateral thigh perforator flap was safe to repair the ankle soft tissue defects and bridge the main artrey and veins in the same procedure.The donor sites could be sutured directly with minimal invision.更多还原
