AI重塑芬兰公共图书馆服务赋能全民教育的实践进向
Practice Path of Reshaping Public Library Services to Promote Education for All by Utilizing Artificial Intelligence in Finland
【摘要】 推进全民教育,激发全民创新创造活力,是建设学习型社会、推动中国式现代化进程的必经之路,也是现代公共文化服务的历史使命。图书馆作为典型的公共文化服务机构是重要的全民教育基地。在数字化时代,人工智能(AI)重塑公共文化服务赋能全民教育的内在机理与实践路径值得关注。芬兰国家公共图书馆颂歌(Oodi)利用AI技术重塑全民学习服务设计、重构多样服务空间、再造信息服务流程、重建服务共同体,实现公共文化服务的重塑以促进全民教育的有效开展。
【Abstract】 To promote education for all and stimulate national vitality of innovation and creation is the only way to build a learning society and promote Chinese Modernization,as well as the historical mission of modern public cultural services. As typical public cultural service institutions,libraries are important national education bases. In the digital era,the internal mechanism and practical path of artificial intelligence(AI) reshaping public cultural services and enabling national education deserve our attention. Based on the support of AI,Oodi’s public cultural services can be reshaped for the effective development of national education by redesigning the learning service for all,reconstructing various service spaces,recreating information service process,and rebuilding service communities.
