一种大动态范围的X波段整流电路设计

【摘要】 设计了一种大动态范围的10 GHz微带整流电路,电路采用MACOM公司生产的Ga As肖特基二极管MA4E1317。通过在二极管前串联一段微带线,使得二极管输入阻抗随输入功率变化的趋势变缓,并且在输入端口处加入阶梯式阻抗变换线来获得更多功率点的匹配,从而实现大功率动态范围。测试表明,在频率10 GHz、负载600Ω和输入功率17 dBm的情况下,整流效率为76.5%,50%以上整流效率对应的输入功率动态范围达到14 dB(6~20 dBm)。如此大动态范围高效率整流性能使该整流电路在移动目标微波无线能量传输领域有广阔应用前景。

【Abstract】 A 10 GHz microstrip rectifier circuit with high efficiency and wide input dynamic range is designed in this paper. The circuit is designed using GaAs Schottky diodes MA4E1317 produced by MACOM. By adding a microstrip line in series before the diode, the input impedance of the diode changes smoothly with the variation of input power. Additionally, a stepped impedance transformer is introduced at the input port to achieve better power matching at multiple power levels, thereby achieving a large power dynamic range. Test results show that at a frequency of 10 GHz, with a load of 600 Ω and an input power of 17 dBm, the rectification efficiency is 76.5%. The input power dynamic range for over 50% rectification efficiency reaches 14 dB(from 6 to 20 dBm). The high efficiency and large dynamic range of this rectifier circuit make it highly promising in the field of wireless energy transfer for mobile microwave targets.
