【Abstract】 A variety of reasons caused pancreatic duct obstruction, easy to induce abdominal pain and pancreatitis, need to treat with pancreatic duct drainage. With the development of endoscopic minimally invasive interventional techniques, endoscopic drainage is preferred for unresectable pancreatic tumors and pancreatic duct obstruction caused by benign lesions. Endoscopic ultrasound-guided pancreatic duct drainage(EUS-PDD) can be a good solution to the patients of unsuccessful or unworkable endoscopic retrograde pancreatography(ERP), enriched and improved pancreatic duct drainage endoscopic treatment methods. This article mainly summarized the new progress in case of selection, surgical method and surgical device selection, operation success rate, complications and long-term efficacy.
