【摘要】 该文以“中医名词术语英译”“WHO”“世中联”“比较研究”等主题词进行排列组合在中国知网进行检索，共得168篇相关文献，通过进一步比对，最终筛选出65篇相关文献作为进行研究综述的主要参考文献。该文从探究中医名词英译研究发展趋势与现状、回顾前人对中医名词术语英译原则与策略、聚焦比较《中医基本名词术语中英对照国际标准》（International Standard Chinese-English Basic Nomenclature of Chinese Medicine，下文简称ISN）和《WHO西太平洋地区传统医学名词术语国际标准》（WHO International Standard Terminologies on Traditional Medicine in the Western Pacific Region，下文简称IST）这三方面入手，发现目前中医名词术语英译存在着理解偏差和民族性缺乏方面的不足，从译前、译中、译后三方面提出建议，意在帮助解决中医名词术语英译中存在的问题，促进我国中医文化传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article is mainly depended on 65 treatises searched from the CNKI in the combination with themes of "translation of TCM terms" "WHO" "WFCMS" "comparative studies". It explores the status and trend of TCM terms translation, reviews the previous principles and methods, and focuses on the comparison between ISN and IST. Based on the previous studies and the comparisons between ISN and IST, we find that there exits the problems of comprehension and lack of nationality both in ISN and IST. We make some suggestions according to different stages of translation. We sincerely hope that this article can contribute to settling down these problem and help to spread TCM to the world.更多还原
