【摘要】 法释义学方法在当前立法研究中得到广泛应用，学界关于《立法法》的释义学研究也逐渐涌现丰硕成果。其中，《立法法学》一书以“立法法学”为题，提出立法法学具有独立的学科属性，为立法研究提供了重要的知识增量。立法法学以释义学为最主要的研究方法，围绕以《立法法》为核心的规范体系展开研究，主要涵盖立法权力配置规范、立法程序规范、立法技术规范等内容，在方法、对象和内容等方面形成完整的范畴体系。然而，立法法学是作为独立学科，还是作为一种研究方法或思路，仍需要接受理论和实践的进一步检验。未来，立法法学可以与其他研究方法相配合，丰富立法学的研究方法，推动《立法法》的完善，并为我国立法学自主知识体系的建构做出理论贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of legal dogmatics has been widely used in the current legislative research.Meanwhile,the doctrinal research on Legislative Law in the academic circle has gradually achieved fruitful results.Among them,the book Legislative Jurisprudence takes“legislative jurisprudence”as the title,and puts forward that legislative jurisprudence has independent discipline attributes,providing important knowledge increment for legislative research.Legislative jurisprudence takes dogmatics as the most important research method and focuses on the normative system with“Legislative Law”as the core.Legislative jurisprudence mainly covers legislative power allocation norms,legislative procedure norms,legislative technical norms and so on.It forms a complete category system in terms of method,object and content.However,whether legislative jurisprudence is an independent discipline or a research method or idea still needs to be further tested by theory and practice.In the future,legislative jurisprudence can cooperate with other research methods,enrich the research methods of legislation,promote the improvement of Legislative Law,and make theoretical contributions to the construction of independent legal knowledge system.更多还原
