【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, the paper interpreted the culture of Chinese competitive gymnastics based on the "cultural onion model" and proposed dissemination path. Chinese competitive gymnastics culture includes the national characteristics and image dissemination of symbol culture, the national resilience and exemplary power of hero culture, the glorious witness and spiritual cohesion of ritual culture, and the national spirit and social dissemination of values culture.
