【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review, field investigation and logical analysis, this paper explored the value and dilemma of high-quality development of ski industry empowered by digital intelligence, and put forward the development path. Value: It optimizes resource allocation to improve operational efficiency, leverages data-driven decisions to facilitate targeted marketing, and enhances the skiing experience to stimulate market demand. Dilemma: The transformation cost of digital intelligence is high, the sharing of data and information is insufficient, the ability of technological innovation is insufficient, and the cultural foundation of digital intelligence is weak.
