【摘要】 我国高等教育对外开放和国际化的同步，为我们提供了通过高等体育教育国际竞争力提升阐释我国国际话语权建构和扩大影响力的独特视角。运用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法，系统探讨了我国高等体育教育国际竞争力提升的逻辑、价值与路径。研究认为：经济全球化、高等教育国际化和体育话语权等三重向度分别构成了对高等体育教育国际竞争力提升的形塑、要求和强调，是高等体育教育提升国际竞争力的逻辑。受体育教育改革、全球体育教育平台、国家战略需求和国际话语权利的价值影响，高等体育教育国际竞争力的提升应该从坚持教育对外开放、着力规划全球发展战略、遵循人才培养规律和激发学生内生力量等角度展开进行。为建设教育强国、体育强国贡献力量，打造出“扎根中国、融通中外”的高等体育教育对外开放和国际竞争力提升新格局。更多还原

【Abstract】 The synchronization of China’s higher education opening to the outside world and internationalization provides us with a unique perspective to explain the construction of China’s international discourse power and expand its influence by enhancing the international competitiveness of China’s higher sports education.Using the research methods of literature and logical reasoning, this paper systematically discusses the logic, value and path of the promotion of the international competitiveness of China’s higher physical education.According to the research, economic globalization, internationalization of higher education and the right to speak of sports constitute the three dimensions of shaping, demanding and emphasizing the promotion of international competitiveness of higher physical education, and are the logical premise for higher physical education to enhance international competitiveness.Under the influence of physical education reform, global education platform, national strategic needs and the value of international discourse rights, the promotion of international competitiveness of higher physical education should be carried out from the perspectives of adhering to education opening to the outside world, focusing on planning global development strategies, following the law of talent training and stimulating students’ internal strength.In this way, it can contribute to the construction of a powerful education and sports country, and create a new pattern of higher physical education opening up to the outside world and promoting international competitiveness that is "rooted in China and integrated with the rest of the world".更多还原
