【摘要】 引入跨理论模型，结合大学生的心理认知特点和运动参与特征构建高校公共体育课程思政建设的实施路径。研究发现，跨理论模型将大学生参与体育课程的心理和行为改变过程分为三个阶段，各阶段分重点对学生关于体育课程思政的均衡决策、变化过程、自我效能进行干预。前期的公体课通过运动体验激发学生兴趣，培养德育意识；中期课程通过重复性的体育技能训练，增强参与体育活动的自我效能；后期课程通过强化运动习惯，最终实现在运动实践中增强体质、磨砺意志、健全人格的终身教育目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 A trans-theoretical model is introduced to construct an implementation path for the construction of ideology and politics in public sports courses in colleges and universities by combining the psycho-cognitive and sports participation characteristics of college students. It is found that the trans-theoretical model divides the psychological and behavioral change process of college students’ participation in sports courses into three stages, and each stage has different focuses on intervening in students’ balanced decision-making, change process and self-efficacy in sports course ideology and politics. The first stage of the public sports course stimulates students’ interest and cultivates moral awareness through sports experience; the middle stage of the course enhances self-efficacy in participating in sports activities through repetitive sports skills training; and the later stage of the course strengthens sports habits to ultimately realize the lifelong education goal of enhancing physical fitness, sharpening will and improving personality in sports practice.更多还原
