固体核磁鉴定硫化胶的橡胶种类
Identification of vulcanized rubber species by solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance
【摘要】 用固体核磁共振法对硫化橡胶的种类进行定性,每一种硫化胶对应着不同的单体结构,单体结构中的碳原子在核磁共振碳谱中会呈现不同的化学位移,根据化学位移进行谱峰归属,通过这些特征峰的化学位移判定橡胶种类。考察不同测试条件的影响建立定性方法,该方法相对于传统的方法更加环保、快速、准确。
【Abstract】 The solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) method is used to characterize the type of vulcanized rubber.Each type of vulcanized rubber is linked to its different monomer structure, and the carbon atoms in the monomer structure will show different chemical shifts in the NMR carbon spectrum, and the peaks are attributed to the chemical shifts, so that the type of rubber can be determined by the chemical shifts of these characteristic peaks.The effects of different testing conditions are examined to establish a qualitative method, which is more environmentally friendly, rapid and accurate than the traditional method.
