含不同官能团溶聚丁苯橡胶与炭黑和白炭黑复合材料的性能
Properties of solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber with different functional groups and carbon black or silica composites
【摘要】 通过官能化引发剂合成改性溶聚丁苯橡胶Sn-SSBR和Si-SSBR,分别与炭黑和白炭黑进行复配,采用密炼过程控制仪、填料分散仪,橡胶加工分析仪、无转子硫化仪和动态热力学分析仪等对复合材料混炼过程能耗、温升、混炼胶门尼黏度,硫化胶物理机械性能和动态性能进行了研究。结果表明,Sn-SSBR比Si-SSBR更容易与炭黑亲和,表现为前者与炭黑混合过程的加工能量损耗小,混炼胶门尼黏度低,综合物理机械性能好,具有更好的高抗湿滑和低滚动阻力的平衡性;而后者更容易与白炭黑亲和,表现为白炭黑在其中分散更均匀,具有更好的低滚动阻力性能;两者均可用作绿色轮胎胎面胶。
【Abstract】 The modified soluble polybutadiene rubber Sn-SSBR and Si-SSBR are synthesized through the functionalization initiator, which are compounded with carbon black and white carbon black respectively.The energy consumption of the composite material mixing process is used by the controller, the filler dispersion meter, the rubber processing analyzer.the rotorless vulcanizer and the dynamic thermodynamic analyzer.The physical and mechanical properties and dynamic properties of blended rubber, and vulcanized rubber have been studied.The results show that Sn-SSBR is more easily compatible with carbon black than Si-SSBR,which is characterized by lower processing energy loss during the mixing process of the former with carbon black, lower Mooney of the mixed rubber, good comprehensive physical and mechanical properties, and better balance of high wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance.The latter is more easily compatible with white carbon black, which is characterized by a more evenly dispersion of white carbon black in it and better low rolling resistance performance.Both can be used as green tire tread compounds.
