【摘要】 历史沉淀于特定概念并借概念成为历史。概念是理论构建的基础，也是对实践的高度抽象和概括；网络空间国际治理的发展进程可以从概念变迁的视角透视其发展的逻辑和趋势。从互联网治理到网络空间治理再到数字治理，网络空间治理的内涵和外延不断扩大，其背后体现出三类治理目标和两种治理逻辑。展望未来，整体上看网络空间治理的概念还将进一步细化和分化；就某个概念而言，其当下的生命力取决于议题的重要性和迫切性，但从概念史的角度，其价值和生命力永存。更多还原

【Abstract】 History is summarized into specific concepts and lends itself to becoming history. Concept is the foundation for theory construction, as well as being highly abstract and generalized representation of practice. The logic and trend of the development process of global cyberspace governance can be viewed through the perspective of conceptual change. From Internet governance to cyberspace governance and then to digital governance, the connotation and extension of cyberspace governance are constantly expanding, which reflects three types of governance goals and two types of governance logic. Looking ahead, the concept of cyberspace governance as a whole will be further refined and differentiated; as far as a certain concept is concerned, its current vitality depends on the importance and urgency of the issue,but from the perspective of conceptual history, its value and vitality are eternal.更多还原
