基于图书馆新一代服务平台的出版选题支持服务体系构建

【摘要】 在网络环境变化下,用户阅读模式发生改变。出版社如何精准把握用户需求,设计合理出版选题是智慧服务下亟待解决的问题。随着数字技术发展,图书馆坐拥海量数据并积极探索生态发展模式。为促进图书馆与出版社融合发展,实现可利用数据的共建共享,文章利用图书馆新一代服务平台拓展新型业务模式,以平台数据为基础,构建出版选题支持服务体系。从图书馆、出版社和用户角度出发分析选题支持服务发展契机,搭建选题支持服务框架。从整体流程、业务结构和生态模式三方面具体阐述运行模式,并为选题支持服务发展提出新需求,以期为智慧图书馆和出版社的融合发展、新型信息生态模式的构建提供思路。

【Abstract】 With the changes of the network environment, user reading patterns have changed.How publishers can accurately grasp the user demand and design reasonable publishing topic is an urgent problem to be solved under the background of intelligent service.With the development of digital technology, libraries have massive data and actively explore the ecological development modes.In order to promote the integrated development of libraries and publishing houses, and realize the co-construction and sharing of available data, this paper develops a new business model based on the new-generation service platform of library, and builds a topic selection support service system for publishing houses based on the platform data.This paper analyzes the development opportunities of topic selection support service from the perspectives of libraries, publishing houses and users, and builds a topic selection support service framework.This paper elaborates on the operation mode from the aspects of the overall process, business structure and ecological model, and puts forward new requirements for the development of topic selection support service, in order to provide ideas for the integrated development of smart libraries and publishing houses and the construction of new information ecological model.
