【摘要】 [目的 /意义]通过实证研究揭示异质性大学生双创团队协同信息利用行为过程和影响因素，帮助大学生更好地利用信息开展创新创业提供理论支持。[方法 /过程]采用参与式观察和半结构化访谈法收集数据，通过扎根理论三级编码对异质性大学生双创团队协同信息利用行为进行探索性研究。[结果 /结论 ]核心研究发现如下：(1)异质性大学生双创团队协同信息利用行为贯穿创新创业全过程中，包括创意孵化、创业计划、项目成型、创业落地、稳定运营（改革完成）5个创新创业阶段；(2)为达到每个阶段的不同目的，团队协同利用多种信息解决问题，最终实现创新创业；(3)影响异质性大学生双创团队协同信息利用行为的因素分为内部因素和外部因素，其中内部因素包括“成员能力素养因素”和“成员关系因素”，外部因素包括“环境因素”。基于此，从信息利用的视角向团队、高校和社会提出保障双创团队有效信息利用进而提高团队创新创业效果、以促进创新驱动发展战略实施的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] This paper reveals the process and influencing factors of collaborative information utilization behavior in heterogeneous college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship teams through empirical research, and provides theoretical support for helping college students make better use of information to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship. [Method/Process] The study used participatory observation and semi-structured interview to collect data, and conducted an exploratory study on the collaborative information utilization behavior in heterogeneous college students’ entrepreneurship and innovation teams through the three-level coding of grounded theory. [Result/Conclusion] The core findings are as follows: 1) The collaborative information utilization behavior in heterogeneous college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship team runs through the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship, including five stages of innovation and entrepreneurship:creative incubation, entrepreneurial plan, project formation, entrepreneurial landing, and stable operation(reform completion). 2) In order to achieve different purposes at each stage, the team uses a variety of information to solve various problems, and ultimately achieve innovation and entrepreneurship. 3) The factors that affect the collaborative information utilization behavior of heterogeneous college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship teams are divided into internal factors and external factors. The internal factors include ‘member ability literacy factors’ and ‘member relationship factors’; External factors include ‘environmental factors’. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions to the team, universities and society from the perspective of information utilization to ensure the effective information utilization in the innovation and entrepreneurship team and to improve the effect of team innovation and entrepreneurship, so as to promote the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.更多还原
