改性石墨粉的制备及其增强炭石墨材料的研究

【摘要】 石墨粉因其石墨化度高、自润滑、耐高温、导电导热性能好等特点,在炭石墨材料体系中通常作为增强相,以提升炭石墨材料坯体的密度、导电性以及导热性。然而,由于石墨粉表面活性官能团较少,影响煤沥青对其浸润,导致其与煤沥青的亲和性不佳。本文以人造石墨粉作为原料,提出了一种强化石墨粉性能的方法,通过在其表面构筑人造界面的辅助润湿活性设计,制备了改性石墨粉,提高了石墨粉与煤沥青的浸润性和界面结合力。结果表明,将改性石墨粉掺配煅后沥青焦制得的炭石墨块体材料,其力学性能得到增强,AGCB5-400的抗压强度和抗折强度分别提升了60.7%和22.4%;AGCB12-400的抗压强度和抗折强度分别提升了34.0%和22.6%。改性石墨粉的活性设计理念与强化效应为特种石墨行业的原料优化提供了思路。

【Abstract】 Graphite powder with high graphitization degree, self-lubrication, high temperature resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, is usually used as an enhancing phase in the carbon-graphite material system to improve the density, electrical and thermal conductivity of the carbon-graphite blocks.However, the surface active functional group of graphite powder is less, which affects the wettability of coal tar pitch, resulting in poor affinity with coal tar pitch.Herein, using artificial graphite powder as raw material, a method of enhancing the properties of graphite powder is introduced in this paper.The modified graphite powder is prepared by auxiliary wettability and active design with artificial interface on its surface.It is found that both the wettablility and interfacial bonding force of graphite powder and coal tar pitch are improved.The results show that the mechanical properties of the mixed fillers based carbon-graphite blocks prepared by mixing the modified graphite powder with calcined pitch coke are enhanced, and the compressive strength and flexural strength of AGCB5-400 are increased by 60.7% and 22.4%,respectively.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the AGCB12-400 are increased by 34.0% and 22.6%,respectively.The active design concept and enhancing effect of modified graphite powder will provide ideas for raw material optimization in special graphite industry.
