【摘要】 文章运用问卷调查法，总结少儿图书馆员样本的人口学特征，从快乐指数、工作满意度、组织承诺水平三方面完整测量、系统分析少儿图书馆员职业评价状况及其影响因素，并提出提升少儿图书馆员幸福感的针对性建议。研究发现：少儿图书馆员整体学历水平偏低，专业化程度有待提升；少儿图书馆员快乐指数、工作满意度与组织承诺水平均较高；少儿图书馆员收入显著影响其主观幸福感，多项人口学特征显著影响其组织承诺水平，但对工作满意度无显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article summarizes the demographic characteristics of a sample of children’s librarians using a questionnaire survey and comprehensively measures and systematically analyzes the professional evaluation status and influencing factors of children’s librarians in terms of happiness index, job satisfaction and organizational commitment level, and proposes targeted suggestions to enhance the happiness of children’s librarians. The study found that the overall educational level of children’s librarians is relatively low, with most lacking a professional background, indicating a need for increased professionalization. Children’s librarians exhibit high happiness index, job satisfaction and organizational commitment level. Additionally, the income of children’s librarians significantly influences their subjective well-being, and various demographic characteristics significantly impact their organizational commitment level but have no significant impact on job satisfaction.更多还原
