胞外聚合物作用机理及其在生态学研究中的应用
Research on the Mechanism of Extracellular Polymeric Substances and Their Applications in the Ecological Research
【摘要】 胞外聚合物是微生物通过新陈代谢、细胞自溶形成的有机多聚物,在自然界中广泛存在,且作为一种高效的吸附作用剂,具有良好的可生物降解性,对生态环境影响较小。近年来,在生态学领域已经有了广泛的应用。本文主要从胞外聚合物特性、作用机理、生态学应用等几个方面进行综述。
【Abstract】 Extracellular polymers(EPS) are organic polymers formed by microorganisms through metabolism and cell autolysis.They are widely present in nature and serve as efficient adsorbents with good biodegradability and environmental-friendly. In recent years, it has been widely applied in the field of ecology. This article mainly revi ewed the characteristics, mechanism of action, and ecological applications of extracellular polymers.
