【Abstract】 As the aging of the population continues to intensify, the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the el-derly population has increased significantly. Alexithymia becomes one of the challenges for many elderly patients dur-ing hospitalization. This paper reviews and summarizes the research progress on the influencing factors of alexithymia in elderly type 2 diabetes inpatients in recent years. Through in-depth analysis of relevant influencing factors from multiple dimensions, it is expected to provide useful references for clinical practice, help medical staff to more com-prehensively understand and effectively deal with alexithymia in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, and provide patients with more comprehensive and efficient medical services.更多还原
