【摘要】 目的 基于Cite Space对国内外糖尿病饮食护理的研究热点、发展趋势进行分析，为我国糖尿病饮食护理的研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网（CNKI）数据库以及Web of Science(WOS)核心数据库，搜集国内外糖尿病饮食护理的相关研究，检索时限均为2016年1月1日—2024年3月19日，通过Cite Space 6.2.R4软件进行整理分析并运用Word软件制作发文量折线图。结果 共检索出中文文献1 095篇，英文文献1 349篇。CNKI年发文量总体呈现出先上升后下降趋势，WOS年发文量总体呈上升趋势。CNKI共形成16个关键词聚类群、16个研究热点。WOS共形成16个关键词聚类群、18个研究热点。国内外的研究热点多集中在饮食与营养教育、健康教育等领域。结论 国内糖尿病饮食护理相关的研究缺乏专门的研究机构且研究机构较为分散，研究内容更注重饮食护理和血糖控制等方面。国外糖尿病饮食护理相关的研究较多且研究机构之间形成了较为紧密的联系，研究内容更注重营养治疗、生活质量等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on Cite Space, this paper analyzes the research hotspots and development trends of diabetes diet nursing at home and abroad, and provides reference for the research of diabetes diet nursing in China.Methods CNKI database and Web of Science(WOS) core database were searched to collect relevant research on diabetes diet nursing at home and abroad. The retrieval time limit was from January 1,2016 to March 19,2024.Cite Space 6.2.R4 software was used to sort out and analyze the data, and Word software was used to make a line chart of the number of documents. Results A total of 1 095 Chinese literatures and 1 349 English literatures were retrieved. The annual volume of CNKI showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, and the annual volume of WOS showed an overall upward trend. A total of 16 keyword clusters and 16 research hotspots were formed in CNKI. WOS formed a total of 16 keyword clusters and 18 research hotspots. The research hotspots at home and abroad are mostly concentrated in the fields of diet and nutrition education, health education and so on.Conclusions The research on diabetes diet nursing in China lacks specialized research institutions and the research institutions are scattered. The research pays more attention to diet nursing and blood glucose control. There are many studies related to diabetic diet nursing in foreign countries, and there is a close relationship between research institutions. The research content pays more attention to diabetes classification, nutritional therapy and so on.更多还原
