一种新型预埋式法兰螺栓连接接头设计方法研究

【摘要】 管片连接接头是隧道结构的重要部件,是整个结构的受力关键环节。针对一种新型预埋式法兰螺栓连接接头,本文依托某预制装配式地铁车站项目工程实例,结合接头足尺模型试验和理论分析,对该类接头的设计方法进行了研究,并提出了一种接头抗弯刚度计算方法。研究表明:增大混凝土强度等级可以显著提高接头抗弯承载力,但对接头抗弯刚度无明显影响;在接缝中灌注环氧树脂对各阶段抗弯刚度和抗弯承载力无明显影响,但对接头抗剪承载力有不利影响。

【Abstract】 Tunnel segment joints are crucial structural components that connect various segments and are essential for the overall integrality of the structure.This paper investigates the design method of a new type of embedded flank bolt joint and proposes a calculation method for bending stiffness of the joint, based on full-scale model tests of the joint using Shasan Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 12 Phase II Project as a case study.The results indicate that increasing the strength grade of concrete significantly enhances the bending bearing capacity of joints, although it has little impact on the bending stiffness.Additionally, while injecting epoxy resin into the joint does not significantly affect the bending stiffness or bearing capacity at any stage, it negatively impacts the shear bearing capacity of the joint.
