盾构始发与接收用可开启钢制地下连续墙研究
Study on steel diaphragm wall with openings for shield launching and arrival
【摘要】 盾构始发与接收是盾构法施工的两个重要阶段,如何确保盾构始发与接收的安全是盾构法施工的关键。鉴于盾构始发与接收风险易发、多发的情况,利用钢套筒辅助工法的工程越来越多。结合钢套筒应用时盾构刀盘、刀具因直接切削始发或接收处围护结构磨损大的问题,提出一种可开启式钢制地下连续墙;以影响可开启钢制地下连续墙稳定性的最大侧向变形为控制指标,通过数值模拟探究最优截面参数;并对可开启钢制地下连续墙内支撑箱上拔过程中洞口临空面所施加侧向压力进行研究。
【Abstract】 Shield launching and arrival are two important stages for shield tunneling, how to ensure the safety of shield launching and arrival is the key to the shield tunneling method. Given the risk of shield launching and arrival occurring frequently, more and more projects use the steel sleeve. The shield cutter head and cutters wear out significantly when the shield is launched and when it arrives, due to the use of a steel sleeve. To address this issue, a steel diaphragm wall with openings is proposed. The maximum lateral deformation, which affects the stability of the steel diaphragm wall with openings, is used as the control index. The optimal section parameters are determined through numerical simulation. Additionally, the lateral pressure exerted on the free surface during the pulling-up of the internal steel box of the steel diaphragm wall with openings is studied.
