聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜用透明耐高温防黏涂层的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Transparent High Temperature Resistant and Anti-sticking Coating for PET Film
【摘要】 以三氟丙基三甲基环三硅氧烷(D3F)、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、四甲基二氢二硅氧烷(DH2)为原料,经开环缩聚、硅氢加成、水解共缩聚反应制得了一种有机-无机杂化改性氟硅树脂(AFPS@SiO2),将其涂覆于PET膜表面,制得透明耐高温防黏涂层。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、热重分析仪(TGA)对目标产物的结构、形貌及性能进行表征测试,讨论了分子链节物质的量比[n(D)∶n(DF)]对涂层水接触角、剥离力、附着力、硬度和透光率的影响。结果表明:当n(D)∶n(DF)=3∶2时,防黏涂层的综合性能最优,其水接触角为108.1°,剥离力为0.029 N/cm,附着力为1级,硬度为4H,透光率为90.0%。提供了一种PET膜用透明耐高温防黏涂层的制备思路,为后续研究提供了参考。
【Abstract】 A organic-inorganic hybrid modification fluorosilicone resin(AFPS@SiO2) was prepared by ring-opening polycondensation, hydrosilylation and hydrolytic copolycondensation of 1,3,5-tris(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) methylcyclotrisiloxane(D3F),octamethyl-cyclotetrasiloxane(D4),and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane(DH2).Then AFPS@SiO2 was applied to the surface of PET film to construct a transparent high temperature resistant and anti-sticking coating.The structure,morphology,and properties of the production were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,XPS and TGA.The effects of the molar ratio[n(D)∶n(DF)] on the water contact angle,peeling force,adhesion,hardness and light transmittance of the coating were discussed.The results show that when the molar ratio[n(D)∶n(DF)] was 3∶2,the comprehensive performance of the anti-sticking coating was the best.Its water contact angle was 108.1°,peeling force was 0.029 N/cm,the adhesion was grade 1,the hardness was 4H,and light transmittance was 90.0%.This study provided a preparation idea of transparent high temperature resistant and anti-sticking coating for PET film,which indicated certain application value.
