生物电阻抗法测定“阿尔佤”、“克木人”、“曼咪人”3个布朗族族群的体成分
Determination of body composition of“Aerwa”,“Khmus”and“Manmi”Blang ethnic groups by bioelectrical impedance analysis
【摘要】 为探究“阿尔佤”、“克木人”、“曼咪人”3个布朗族族群的体成分特征,利用生物电阻抗法调查了云南3个布朗族族群共计692例(男性305例,女性387例)成人的体质量以及17项体成分指标,对各项指标进行统计分析.结果表明:(1)克木人的体脂率和总肌肉量在3个族群中最高,劳动强度和饮食习惯是造成克木人脂肪较丰富、肌肉较发达的原因.(2) 3个族群男性的总肌肉量、推定骨量、总能量代谢和躯干肌肉量与年龄呈负相关,内脏脂肪等级与年龄呈正相关;3个族群女性的总肌肉量、总能量代谢和躯干肌肉量与年龄呈负相关.(3)根据体脂率判断肥胖,3个族群女性的肥胖率均高于男性,3个族群男性的内脏脂肪等级均高于女性.(4) 3个布朗族族群的体成分较接近,与布朗山布朗族差异较大.
【Abstract】 To explore the body composition characteristics of the three Blang ethnic groups, "Aerwa", "Khmus" and "Manmi",the body mass and 17 body composition indicators of 692 adults(305 males,387 females)from the three Blang ethnic groups in Yunnan Province were investigated by bioelectrical impedance analysis,and the indicators were analyzed statistically. The results were as follows:(1) Both the percent body fat and total body muscle mass of Khmus were the highest among the three ethnic groups,labor intensity and eating habits were the reasons for the rich fat and more muscle of Khmus.(2) The total body muscle mass,estimated bone mass,total energy metabolism and trunk muscle mass of males in the three ethnic groups showed negatively correlated with age,while the visceral fat level of males showed positively correlated with age. The total body muscle mass,total energy metabolism and trunk muscle mass of females in the three ethnic groups showed negatively correlated with age.(3) Judging obesity according to percent body fat,the obesity rate of females was higher than that of males in the three ethnic groups. The visceral fat level of males was higher than that of females in the three ethnic groups.(4) The three Blang ethnic groups were closer in body composition and differ more from the Bulangshan Blang.
