早中熟棉花新品种聊棉19号丰产稳产性及适应性分析

【摘要】 为全面了解聊棉19号品种的特征特性,探索产量与构成因素之间的关系。根据2016—2018年山东省中熟组棉花区域试验和生产试验汇总数据,通过增产率、变异系数、高稳系数、适应度、通径系数等指标,对聊棉19号进行丰产性、稳产性、适应性分析。结果表明:聊棉19号产量比对照增产12.3%,增产率排第1.7位;产量变异系数为18.4%,低于对照(22.3%);高稳系数为83.9%,高于对照(70.8%);适应度为79.2%,高于对照(8.3%)。由此可知,可见该品种具有较好的丰产性、稳产性,适应性广。相关性分析结果表明:皮棉产量与单株结铃数、衣分和单铃质量呈正相关,单铃质量与单株结铃数、衣分均呈负相关。通径分析显示,在不同性状对皮棉产量的综合效应中,单株结铃数、单铃质量和衣分对产量的综合正效应比较明显。综上,可以通过提高以上3个性状的数值,有效提高皮棉产量。

【Abstract】 In order to comprehensively understand the production characteristics of Liaomian19 variety and clarify the relationship between yield and constituent factors. The summary data from 2016 to 2018 about regional and production trials of medium maturity cotton in Shandong province. Through indicators such as yield increase rate, coefficient of variation, high stability coefficient, fitness, and path coefficient, the high-yield, stability, and adaptability of Liaomian 19 were analyzed. The results showed that the yield of Liaomian19 increased by 12.3% compared to the control, and the yield increase rate ranked 1.7th. The coefficient of variation of yield was18.4%, lower than the control(22.3%). The high stability coefficient was 83.9%, higher than the control(70.8%). The fitness was79.2%, higher than the control by 8.3%. It had seen that this variety had good high and stable yield, and wide adaptability.Correlation analysis showed that the lint yield was positively correlated with the number of bolls per plant, lint percentage, and single boll weight,while single boll weight was negatively correlated with the number of bolls per plant and lint percentage.Path analysis could effectively display the comprehensive effects of different traits on lint yield. Among them, the number of bolls per plant, single boll weight, and lint percentage had a significant positive effect on yield. By increasing the values of these three traits, lint yield could be effectively improved.
