【Abstract】 The expansion curve of 07MnMoVR hydropower steel at different cooling rates was measured on the Gleeble3800 thermal simulation test machine. The static CCT curve of the steel was obtained by means of metallographic hardness method. The microstructure transformation at different cooling rates was analyzed, and the relationship between the cooling rate and the microstructure evolution and hardness change was clarified. When the heat treatment process of the test steel is quenched at 920 ℃ and then tempered at 600 ℃, the mechanical properties meet the technical requirements of production.更多还原
