【摘要】 本文在考察以大语言模型为核心的人工智能生成内容(AIGC)在语言服务中的使用价值的基础上,分析了AIGC与语言服务深度融合过程中,在服务主体、商业诚信、技术研发与权责等方面存在的伦理风险。文章指出,政产学研各界应加强协同治理,统筹制定AIGC政策法规,构建监管与标准体系并强化语言服务企业的伦理责任,共同提高AIGC在语言服务中的功用。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of exploring the use values of AI-generated content(AIGC) driven by large language models in the language services industry, this paper looks into the ethical risks that AIGC brings about during the integration with language services. These risks consist in the subjects providing language services, business integrity of language services providers(LSPs), technological development of AIGC tools, and rights and responsibilities of AIGC providers and users.It is concluded that stakeholders composed of governmental authorities, industry players and academia should forge collaboration to formulate policies and regulations concerning AIGC, establish regulatory and standard systems, and bolster LSPs’ ethical responsibilities, in an effort to enhance the utility of AIGC.更多还原
