【Abstract】 In the current context of stabilizing economic growth, venture capital plays a crucial role in enhancing China’s economic vitality and identifying new drivers for economic expansion. This article utilizes venture capital data at the prefecture-level and institution-level provided by the CVSource database from 2010 to 2022. It comprehensively examines the current state of the venture capital industry in China, covering overall industry, regional development, stages of invested enterprises, and types of invested industries. The article analyzes the primary factors influencing the development of China’s venture capital industry and puts forth policy recommendations to promote its growth.更多还原
