【摘要】 目的：分析髓腔固位超嵌体修复方案治疗牙髓坏死(PN)的临床效果及安全性。方法：选择福建医科大学附属闽东医院2020年1月至2023年6月接受治疗的PN患者80例，依据治疗方案选择分为对照组(铸瓷冠修复治疗)和观察组(髓腔固位超嵌体修复治疗)，各40例，比较两组患者修复效果及安全性。结果：观察组患者在治疗后7 d、10个月修复优良率分别为95.00 %、92.50 %，对照组则分别为92.50 %及75.00 %，在修复优良率上观察组较高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗10个月内，观察组患者不良预后发生率为7.50 %，对照组为25.00 %，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；相比于对照组，观察组患者修复后7 d及10个月牙龈指数和菌斑指数水平较低，对修复效果评分较高，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PN患者选择髓腔固位超嵌体修复方案治疗，能够保证修复效果，且可维持牙周健康程度，并保持远期疗效避免不良预后发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of the treatment of pulp necrosis (PN) with the retentive superinlays.Methods A total of 80 patients with PN who received treatment in Fujian Medical University Affiliated Mindong Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group (cast porcelain crown repair treatment) and an observation group (pulp cavity retention superinset repair treatment) according to the treatment plan,with 40 cases in each group.The repair effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results At 7 d and 10 months after treatment,the excellent and good repair rates in the observation group were 95.00 % and 92.50 %,respectively,while those in the control group were 92.50 % and 75.00 %,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).After 10 months of treatment,the incidence of adverse prognosis was 7.50% in the observation group and 25.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the gingival index and plaque index of the observation group were lower at 7 d and10 months after repair,and the score of repair effect was higher,with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PN by selecting the medullary cavity retention superinput repair scheme can ensure the repair effect,maintain the periodontal health,maintain the long-term effect and avoid the occurrence of adverse prognosis.更多还原
