【摘要】 目前糖尿病（DM）在全球发病率升高，糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）是DM最常见的慢性并发症之一。DPN在临床上最严重的类型是糖尿病外周神经痛，患者通常会经历四肢对称疼痛伴各种感觉异常，特别是在远端。目前用于治疗DPN的药物效果不佳，一方面是因为对DPN的发病机制和非传统的危险因素认识不足，另一方面现有药物缺乏疗效以及副作用也限制了临床应用。因此，需要深入对DPN的发病机制和新的危险因素进行研究，制定靶向的干预措施阻止DPN的发生和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the incidence of diabetes mellitus(DM) is increasing globally, and diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) is one of the most common chronic complications of DM. The most clinically severe form of DPN is diabetic peripheral neuralgia, in which patients often experience symmetrical limb pain with various paresthesia, especially distal.The current drugs used to treat DPN are not effective, on the one hand, because of the lack of understanding of the pathogenesis and non-traditional risk factors of DPN,on the other hand, the lack of efficacy and side effects of existing drugs also limit the clinical application. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the pathogenesis and new risk factors of DPN, and formulate targeted interventions to prevent the occurrence and development of DPN.更多还原
