线粒体自噬在早发性卵巢功能不全中的研究进展
Research progress on mitophagy in premature ovarian insufficiency
【摘要】 早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)是指在女性40岁之前发生卵巢功能减退。线粒体功能障碍可以导致卵巢功能受损。线粒体质量由线粒体自噬控制,它通过选择性自噬来清除和修复受损的线粒体,以维持细胞的活性和功能。越来越多的证据表明线粒体自噬的改变与POI的发生和发展有关。本文主要总结了线粒体自噬在POI研究领域的最新进展,包括其与卵巢储备的关系以及POI可能的治疗策略。
【Abstract】 Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI) refers to the premature decline of ovarian function in females before the age of 40. Mitochondrial dysfunction can lead to impaired ovarian function. Mitochondrial quality is regulated by mitophagy, which maintains cellular activity and function by selectively clearing and repairing damaged mitochondria through autophagy. More and more evidence showed that changes in mitophagy were associated with the occurrence and development of POI. This review primarily summarizes the recent advances in mitophagy related to POI,including its relationship with ovarian reserve and potential intervention strategies for POI.
