【Abstract】 The implementation of the network collaborative manufacturing model for packaging and printing equipment is an inevitable choice to promote industrial transformation and high-quality development. In this study, in order to provide a description model for the collaborative manufacturing mode of packaging and printing equipment network, by analyzing the current situation and characteristics of the packaging and printing equipment industry,based on real-life cases and referring to the Lean House model, the framework model of the network collaborative manufacturing mode for packaging and printing equipment were put forward.
