TB2钛合金表面激光着色研究

【摘要】 本研究通过在TB2钛合金表面使用不同的激光参数组合产生各种颜色,以研究激光参数与颜色之间的关系。使用波长为1064nm、最大输出功率为60W的MOPA光纤激光器进行实验,通过固定激光的功率、频率、线间距等参数,改变激光的扫描速度成功获得了包括黄色、紫色和蓝色等多种颜色样品。使用光谱仪分析彩色样品的颜色和可见光谱,使用数字显微镜观察彩色样品表面形态。通过分析不同颜色样品的着色效果和微观表面形态,探讨其着色机理,为钛合金激光着色加工提供一定参考意义。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the relationship between parameters and colors, various colors on the surface of TB2titanium alloy were produced by using different parameter combinations of laser. MOPA fiber laser with 1064nm wavelength and 60W maximum output power was used and its characterization parameters such as power, frequency,line spacing, scanning speed were changed during experiments. A variety of color samples including yellow, purple,and blue etc. were successfully obtained. Colored samples could be analyzed for color and visible spectrum using a spectrometer. A digital microscope was used to observe the surface morphology of colored samples. By analyzing the coloring effects and micro-scale surface morphologies of different color samples, the potential coloring mechanism was discussed. It provides certain reference significance for titanium alloy laser coloring processes.
