钙钛矿墨水喷墨印刷工艺参数研究

【摘要】 为实现压电喷墨印刷制备大面积均匀性高质量电子器件,提高印刷品质量及其稳定性,需要对喷墨打印参数控制进行研究。本研究利用喷墨印刷钙钛矿墨水,通过控制墨滴点间距和喷头电压等工艺参数,研究了墨滴喷射状态对墨层表观形貌、打印效果的影响。结果表明,墨滴点间距的合适范围与墨滴铺展半径有关。本实验条件下,喷头电压为12V、墨滴点间距在16~22μm时,喷墨状态和墨层打印效果较好。通过本研究可以为喷墨印刷制备新型功能性材料器件提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve the large-area, uniform, and high-quality electronic devices, improve the printing quality and stability, the inkjet printing parameters control should be investigated. In this study, with the perovskite ink, the inkjet printing parameters such as ink droplet spacing and nozzle voltage were controlled to research the effect of the ink jetting spray state on the morphology of the result layer and printing effects. The results indicated that the appropriate range of ink droplet spacing was related to the spreading radius of ink droplets. Under the conditions of this experiment, when the nozzle voltage was 12V and the distance between ink droplets was 16-22μm, the inkjet state and ink layer printing effect were better. This study can provide a reference for the preparation of new functional material devices by inkjet printing.
