【摘要】 为保障在线课程教学质量，提高在线课程学习效果，构建以学习成效为核心的在线课程质量评价指标体系，以某高校在线课程为例，通过问卷调查分析影响在线课程质量的内部及外部因素，监控在线课程运行状态；通过学生问卷调查等方式评价在线课程教学质量，并对教学效果进行评价、跟踪、反馈；通过四个学期的实证研究，不断丰富学习资源、改进教学设计、改革教学方法，持续改善在线课程的内外部环境，学生在线课程的学习效果得到明显提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to ensure the teaching quality of online courses and improve the learning effect of online courses, an online course quality evaluation index system with learning effectiveness as the core has been established. Take the online course of a university as an example, the internal and external factors that affect the quality of online courses were analyzed through questionnaires, the running status of online courses was monitored, the quality of online courses was evaluated through students questionnaires, and the teaching effect was evaluated, tracked, and fed back. Through four semesters of empirical research, we have continuously enriched learning resources, improved teaching design, reformed teaching methods, and continuously improved the internal and external environment of online courses.
