【摘要】 目的 分析不同颜色菘蓝种子的质量差异以及筛选一种适合菘蓝种子包衣的种衣剂，以此提高菘蓝种子的发芽率和利用率。方法 观察并测定6个产区菘蓝种子的外部形态和净度，根据颜色分类考察安国、运城和民乐产地脱翅种子的含水量、千粒重、发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数等指标，并采用5种种衣剂组合包衣进行种子发芽实验，考察其发芽和生物量等指标，以此确定菘蓝种子的颜色分级质量标准，筛选出一种适合菘蓝种子包衣的种衣剂。结果 菘蓝种子分为黄色、黑黄相间色、紫黑色三种颜色，各质量指标大小依次为紫黑色组、黑黄相间色组、黄色组；D种衣剂T2浓度处理的菘蓝种子发芽率和根长、根粗、株高、根冠比等根部生物量均比对照高。结论 菘蓝种子分为黄色、黑黄相间色和紫黑色三种颜色，以紫黑色菘蓝种子为最好；菘蓝种子以D种衣剂T2梯度处理效果最好。更多还原

Results Isatis indigotica Fort. seeds were divided into three colors: yellow, black and yellow, and purplish-black. The quality indexes were purplish-black group, black and yellow group, and yellow group in turn.
