【Abstract】 New quality productive forces is the quality of advanced productivity generated by the new scientific and technological revolution. It is the inherent requirement and important focus of promoting high-quality development, and also the main driving force for promoting Chinese modernization. Among the elements of developing new quality productive forces, the most prominent is the data element. Data is a key element of productivity in the digital economy era.
