肠-肺轴在脓毒症相关急性肺损伤中的作用
Role of the gut-lung axis in sepsis-related acute lung injury
【摘要】 脓毒症相关急性肺损伤作为脓毒症常见的并发症,具有较高的发病率及死亡率。随着肠道菌群相关研究的不断深入,发现肠道菌群与脓毒症相关急性肺损伤之间存在密切联系,从肠道通透性改变导致细菌移位、菌群之间相互串扰、菌群代谢产物的变化及肠道菌群对免疫系统的影响等方面影响疾病的发生发展。本文以肠-肺轴为基础对脓毒症相关急性肺损伤与肠道菌群之间的相互影响进行阐述,以求为脓毒症相关急性肺损伤的机制探究和改善疾病预后方面提供帮助。
【Abstract】 Sepsis-related acute lung injury, as a common complication of sepsis, has a high morbidity and mortality rate. With the deepening of research related to intestinal flora, it is found that there is a close link between sepsis-associated acute lung injury and intestinal flora, which affects the development of the disease in terms of the alteration of intestinal permeability leading to bacterial translocation, mutual crosstalk between flora, changes in flora metabolites, and the influence of intestinal flora on the immune system. In this article, we systematically review the published articles on the interaction between sepsis-associated acute lung injury and intestinal flora based on the intestinal-lung axis, to help researchers investigate the mechanism of sepsis-associated acute lung injury and improve the prognosis of the disease.
