核酸适配体传感器在小分子药物检测中的应用研究进展
Research progress of aptamer sensor in the detection of small molecule drugs
【摘要】 目的 为了准确定量检测易残留的小分子药物,利用核酸适配体强特异性和高亲和力的特点,已开发出多种小分子药物的核酸适配体传感器。本文对现有的几类小分子药物的核酸适配体传感器进行综述,从而促进核酸适配体传感器在小分子药物检测的开发与应用。方法 对近20年国内外关于多种小分子药物进行核酸适配体传感器开发的文献进行检索。结果 对核酸适配体传感器在解热镇痛类、麻醉类、抗生素类和激素类等几类小分子药物检测中的应用进行归纳总结,概述其基本原理,同时探讨核酸适配体传感器在分析检测中的应用前景。结论 为核酸适配体传感器在小分子药物检测的深入开发与应用提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Objective To accurately and quantitatively detect small molecule drugs that are prone to residue, various kinds of aptamer sensors have been developed by using the strong specificity and high affinity of aptamers.This article reviews and summarizes the existing aptamer sensors for several types of small molecule drugs, so as to further promote the development and application of aptamer sensors in the detection of small molecule drugs.Methods The literatures on the development of aptamer sensors for various small molecule drugs at home and abroad in recent 20 years were searched.Results The application of aptamer sensors in the detection of small molecule drugs such as fever and pain relief, anesthesia, antibiotics, and hormones was summarized, and their basic principles were overviewed.At the same time, the application prospects of aptamer sensors in analysis and detection were discussed.Conclusion This provides a reference for the further development and application of aptamer sensors in the detection of small molecule drugs.
