柴油机尾气NH3-SCR催化剂的研究进展

【摘要】 长久以来,柴油机排放的氮氧化物(NOx)给人体健康和环境带来的危害已引起人们的极大关注。尾气后处理技术中的NH3-SCR技术是有效净化柴油机尾气中NOx的有效技术手段之一,该技术可实现对柴油机排放的NOx的直接治理。综述了目前有关NH3-SCR技术的反应机理,从贵金属催化剂、金属氧化物催化剂和分子筛催化剂的角度,详细论述了不同类型催化剂在催化消除NOx方面的研究进展,并对目前NH3-SCR催化剂在研究过程中出现的问题进行了阐述,提出了NH3-SCR技术未来发展的相关建议。

【Abstract】 The harm of nitrogen oxides(NOx)emitted by diesel engines to human health and the environment has aroused great concern for a long time. The NH3-SCR exhaust gas post-treatment technology is one of the effective technical means to effectively purify NOx from diesel engine exhaust, which can realize the direct treatment of NOx emitted by diesel engine. In this paper, the current reaction mechanism of NH3-SCR technology was reviewed. The research progress of different types of precious metal catalyst, metal oxide catalyst and molecular sieve catalyst in catalytic removal of NOx were discussed in detail, and the problems in the current research process of NH3-SCR catalyst were described. Some suggestions for the future development of NH3-SCR technology were put forward.
