机理和数据混合式建模方法在“数学建模”课程教学中的应用
Application of hybrid modeling method based on mechanism and data in teaching of "Mathematical Modeling"
【摘要】 探讨了机理与数据混合式建模方法在“数学建模”课程教学中的应用。基于整合机理建模的可解释性和数据建模的灵活性,提出了一种新的“数学建模”课程教学模式,旨在提升学生逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和解决实际问题的能力。基于数学建模的基本原理和步骤,详细阐述了机理与数据混合式建模方法的基本定义、原理和步骤,并通过实例分析展示了该方法在预测商超蔬菜补货量和定价策略中的应用。利用机器学习和人工智能技术,使学生能够更好地理解和应用数学模型。结果表明,机理与数据混合式建模方法不仅能增强模型的准确性和可靠性,还能提高学生在“数学建模”课程中的学习效果和创新能力,是“数学建模”课程教学的新模式。
【Abstract】 The application of mechanism and data hybrid modeling method in "Mathematical Modeling" teaching is discussed in the paper. By integrating the interpretability of mechanism modeling and the flexibility of data modeling, a new teaching mode of "Mathematical Modeling" is proposed, aiming to improve students′ logical thinking ability, data analysis ability and the ability to solve practical problems. Based on the basic principles and steps of mathematical modeling, basic definition, principle and steps of the mechanism and data hybrid modeling method are elaborated, and through the example analysis applications of the method to forecasting business supermarket vegetable replenishment and pricing strategy are shown. Machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies enable students to better understand and apply mathematical models. The results show that the mechanism and data hybrid modeling method can not only enhance the accuracy and reliability of the model, but also improve the learning effect and innovation ability of students in "Mathematical Modeling", which is a new mode of "Mathematical Modeling" teaching.
