【摘要】 我国村庄经营经历了一个由乡镇企业主导转变为政府与资本的联合主导再到社会多主体合作建设的阶段性过程。扎实推进全体人民的共同富裕具有丰富的时代内涵和实践要求，由此决定了村庄经营的发展方向：应以政府主导的乡村建设为起点、以高质量发展为导向、以村级集体经济组织为核心。村庄经营赋能农村共同富裕体现为产业基础、物质保障和社会条件三个关键方面，但实践中仍面临乡村资源的确权、农民主体性、乡村发展要素支撑等方面制约，进一步加快村庄经营赋能农村共同富裕需要政府精准政策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 China ’s village management has experienced a phased process from the dominance of township enterprises to the joint dominance of government and capital to the multi-agent cooperation construction of society. Solidly promoting the common prosperity of all people has rich connotation of the times and practical requirements, which determines the development direction of village management : government-led rural construction should be taken as the starting point, high-quality development as the guidance, and village-level collective economic organizations as the core. Village management empowers rural common prosperity in three key aspects : industrial foundation, material security and social conditions. However, in practice, it still faces constraints such as the confirmation of rural resources, the subjectivity of farmers, and the support of rural development factors. Further advancing village management to empower rural common prosperity requires precise policy support from the government.更多还原
