【Abstract】 Sodium hypochlorite(NaClO) overflow through apical foramen or damaged root canal wall and enter into soft tissue is rare during root canal treatment. This article reports a case of NaClO overflow during root canal treatment. Through literatures review, the symptoms, treatment methods and preventive measures of such cases are analyzed and discussed to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
