疏松砂岩稠油油藏钻井液技术研究

【摘要】 我国海上油田的大部分油藏为稠油油藏,地层胶结疏松,如何提高钻完井工程时效、降低开发综合成本,如何提高采收率、增加原油产量是稠油开发过程中面临的艰巨任务之一。在分析海上疏松砂岩稠油油藏储层损害机理的基础上,构建了适用于海上疏松砂岩稠油油藏的高分子胶束钻井液体系。研究表明,高分子胶束钻井液具有很强的束缚水能力和成膜封堵能力,能够有效地避免和减少自由水和固相颗粒对地层的侵入。

【Abstract】 Most of the reservoirs in China’s offshore oilfields are heavy oil reservoirs, and the formation is cemented loosely, so how to improve the timeliness of drilling and completion engineering, reduce the comprehensive cost of development, how to improve oil recovery and increase crude oil production is one of the arduous tasks faced in the development process of heavy oil. On the basis of analyzing the reservoir damage mechanism of offshore loose sandstone heavy oil reservoirs, a polymer micellar drilling fluid system suitable for offshore loose sandstone heavy oil reservoirs was constructed. The results showed that the polymer micellar drilling fluid had a strong ability to bind water and form a film, which could effectively avoid and reduce the intrusion of free water and solid particles into the formation.
