【摘要】 本文介绍山东省名中医闫雪洁教授基于“制木安金”法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的经验。溃疡性结肠炎以其反复发作、病程缠绵难愈以及易恶变的发病特点已经成为消化系统的难治性疾病之一。行文分别从讨论金与木之生克乘侮，肝、肺、大肠三者关系以及临床遣方用药来探析溃疡性结肠炎的病因机要，并附典型医案。闫雪洁教授认为溃疡性结肠炎病位在大肠，又与肝、肺密切相关，病机关键为肝失疏泄、肺失通调、大肠失于传导。中医五行学说中肝属木，肺与大肠同属金，金克木，而木侮金，治疗时应从缓解焦虑情绪、改善肝对肺与大肠的影响入手，治以疏肝郁、调肺气、运大肠，运用“制木安金”法治疗溃疡性结肠炎，根据临床情况处方用药，因人制宜，标本兼顾，临床收效显著，以期减少患者病痛，缓解心理负面情绪，提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the experience of Professor Yan Xuejie, a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Shandong Province, in the treatment of ulcerative colitis based on the “zhi mu an jin” method.Ulcerative colitis has become one of the refractory diseases of the digestive system due to its recurrent attacks, lingering course of disease and easy malignancy.In this paper, the etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis are discussed from the discussion of the relationship between gold and wood, the relationship between liver, lung and large intestine, and the clinical prescription and medication, and a typical medical case is attached.Professor Yan Xuejie believes that ulcerative colitis is located in the large intestine and is closely related to the liver and lung.The key pathogenesis is that the liver fails to disperse, the lung fails to regulate, and the large intestine fails to conduct.In the theory of five elements of traditional Chinese medicine, liver belongs to wood, lung and large intestine belong to gold, and wood insults gold.In the treatment, we should start with relieving anxiety and improving the influence of liver on lung and large intestine.The treatment should be based on soothing liver depression, regulating lung qi and transporting large intestine.The method of “zhi mu an jin” is used to treat ulcerative colitis.According to the clinical situation, the prescription should be prescribed according to the individual conditions, and the specimens should be taken into account.The clinical effect is remarkable, so as to reduce the pain of patients, relieve the negative psychological mood and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
