RhoA在神经胶质瘤发病中的作用及机制研究进展
Research progress on the role and mechanism of RhoA in pathogenesis of glioma
【摘要】 神经胶质瘤是神经系统中最常见的中枢神经系统肿瘤,其发病机制不明,缺乏有效治疗药物,患者预后较差。研究发现,RhoA是一个重要的细胞信号传导分子开关,在调控神经胶质瘤细胞增殖、转化、黏附、迁移、侵袭等方面发挥重要功能。同时RhoA所涉及的信号分子通路及其产生的效应错综复杂,全面认识RhoA参与神经胶质瘤发生、发展的作用具有重要意义。该文将对RhoA蛋白在胶质瘤发病中的作用及机制进行综述,旨在为认识神经胶质瘤发病机制、开发靶向药物提供帮助。
【Abstract】 Glioma is one of the most common tumors in the central nervous system, with unrevealed pathogenesis, lack of targeted drugs, and poor prognosis.Ras homolog family member A(RhoA),an important molecular switch of cell signaling, is reported to get involved in glioma cell proliferation, transformation, adhesion, migration, invasion et al.Meanwhile, RhoA mediated signaling pathways and their intricate effects are complicated.A comprehensive understanding of the role of RhoA in the occurrence and development of gliomas is of great significance.In present review, we will summarize and discuss the progress on how RhoA mediate the pathogenesis of glioma, which can not only throw light on the pathogenesis of glioma, but also provide clues for developing targeted drugs of glioma.
